    The good thingsGreat experience, working with the medical director and hospital administrator made me a good employee. They are a good example of perfect employer!
    The challengesGreatest challenged I've encountered here is when the employees are hesitant for the culture change and change of management. Some of employees tends to abuse the entitlement.
