The good thingsThe management is good, very accommodating and they emphasize what you need to do with your job. Just expect that there is also a challenging part in dealing for everything, just be patient, understanding and wise in doing your job.
The challengesYou need to be more independent and creative in someway, because its only you can benefit to what you do in the end. You must be attentive and active in every activity that you will do and always make your proposal very clear, concise and at least not too wordy.
