Privileges:1. Once a month day-off after working for 6 months;2. 10-day vacation and free back & forth flight tickets after each year; or 14-day vacation no day-off for the 1st year (take it or leave it deal), the day-off will increase for the 2nd and 3rd yearPROCESSESYou can choose between the two options below:Direct Hire: Employer gives contract, applicant processes by herself with POEA, expenses more or less PHP 40,000 etc.; (expenses should be shouldered by you first and if you finish the contract, expenses will be refunded to you);Private Agency: POEA accredited agency (MELAKOM), expenses PHP90,000 for processing and training fee (can be shouldered by me first and will be a salary deduction but if you finish the contract this amount will be refunded to you)
