The challengesWork here has good sides, but there are also big challenges.
Leaves – It’s very hard to get leave approved. Even if I file for 5 days, only 1 or 2 get approved, depending on ranking. This feels unfair and opposite to the work-life balance they promote.
QA Team – They are too strict. Even small mistakes or notes that can be edited get heavy markdowns. The job itself is easy, but they make it harder.
Policies – Rules are now very strict. Even if you finish your work, you cannot leave your desk. If workforce catches you, they give a memo. It feels like working in a robot workplace.
