    Work here has good sides, but there are also big challenges.
    The good thingsWork here has been a good experience. The tasks can be tough sometimes, but they are always doable because of the help from friends at work. It feels nice to be part of a good team
    The challengesWork here has good sides, but there are also big challenges. Leaves – It’s very hard to get leave approved. Even if I file for 5 days, only 1 or 2 get approved, depending on ranking. This feels unfair and opposite to the work-life balance they promote. QA Team – They are too strict. Even small mistakes or notes that can be edited get heavy markdowns. The job itself is easy, but they make it harder. Policies – Rules are now very strict. Even if you finish your work, you cannot leave your desk. If workforce catches you, they give a memo. It feels like working in a robot workplace.

    I started as a Reports Analyst and am now promoted as a senior in the same role, which proves that OBP promotes internal career advancement.
    The good thingsWhat I like the most about OBP is its workplace culture that is very collaborative, fostering a welcoming atmosphere. I honestly think that the monthly general assembly really helps employees to feel valued and recognized. And the much-anticipated employee engagement activites with HR and Marketing.
    The challengesLong travel time from where I am currently staying.

    The challengesThe salary is lower than outside offers, and internal raises are small, so few people apply from within.

    You'll love working in OBP because the company is a good training ground, especially for those who do not have experience yet. the salary is still low but enough to stay for 1-2 years.
    The good thingsThe perks like LOB and if you're lucky enough to get generous clients, LOC and Bonus apart from 13th month pay.
    The challengesTeam Leaders who use their power for personal issues. Like for example, one of the TL is asking her/his agents to treat or give something in exchange for a high evaluation performance.

    This company is not living in reality, OLD school.
    The good thingsLess workload base on my account handled. Good working relationship with the client. Increase upon regularization (percentage base on basic salary)
    The challengesPoor management, Old working style of environment, lack of Innovation, No career growth, Too many policies in place, Annual increase is fixed from 800 - 2K depends on your graded performance. No bonus, leaves not convertible to cash upon resigned. Limited office space, 24hr CCTV (reality TV), No bags and phone inside the workstation. Pc's are old and low specs, 100% RTO regardless of the weather condition.

    The good thingsIt's a friendly company that has great treatment among employees and no discrimination.
    The challengesThere is a minimum of almost none when it comes to challenges if you get used to the work. When it comes to the salary, in my opinion, is not enough especially with the rising prices these days.

    I personally wouldn't recommend it.
    The good thingsHR department's good. So far I'm on a day shift and they followed Australian holidays.
    The challengesFacilities, not enough place and space for the employees especially when they are on a break. Small pantry for all the employees as well. Strict dress code even though I don't personally meet the clients and the clothing allowance is just around 400 PHP a month. They focus more on the superficial things.
