Greenhills San Juan City Metro Manila4 to 5 years in the role, former employee
OBMC offers a competitive salary, but the culture and system are really TOXICPositive:
-competitive salary
-materials are prepared ahead of the AY to make the workload very smooth
Negative:
-favoritism
-needs validation from senior teachers
-you're not well protected by the school if issues arise from the parents
-schedule is not evenly plotted; there are teachers whose schedule are from 6:30 AM-6:00 PM
-they expect perfection in every event that they organize
-senior teachers expect you to go beyond your official time
-they always emphasize "initiative", but do not live up to it
-some novice teachers are closer to higher ups just because of gifts that are given to them
