    Teachers are Overworked
The good thingsCompetitive salary and free education for children
The challengesMultiple hours of unpaid overtime and required to report to work on a lot of Saturdays. Some days have straight 4.5 hours of class and assigned sub will be at work from 6AM to 5PM

I wanted to stay for the amazing kids. But couldnt because of faculty politics and amazingly emotionally immature co teachers. Also, this school seemed to want OBMCI to be priority over family, hence a lot of separated teachers. The school will take over family life. Teachers are dispensable here.
The good thingsBack then, I loved how kids were trained to be industrious and confident. I get why this school produced the likes of Lea Salonga. Performance Arts is a strength and children here are trained for work ethics; hence we saw successful graduates.
The challengesLeader criticized a supervisor during her speech. The supervisor resigned to prioritize her children. Leader said along the lines of "Why resign when career should define you as a woman". That didnt sit well with me and some workmates. Not pro family hence troubled marriages in the workplace
