    The atmosphere is not pro-teacher approach, you will get tired from negative critics. You take it at your own risk, if you want competitive salary in your first experience.
    The good thingsCompetitive salary for new teachers Good place to train your work discipline
    The challengesNo work-life balance Senior teachers are perfectionist on everything but cannot live up to it You will mostly be criticized in your negative performance. They based teacher performance according to students evaluation only. Little compensation, HMO are useless

    The good thingsSalary is good compared to other private schools in the area.
    The challengesThere is no work-life balance. You do work beyond your job description and beyond working hours, as late as 10pm.
