    While it is good to have a thriving company to be competent in the industry, employees' welfare shouldn't be at stake.
    The good thingsThe company has a strong people-oriented culture. Members of other departments are insightful and will inspire you to learn about their work. They prioritize inclusivity and provide equal growth opportunities. Additionally, they are vocal about their vision and committed to advancing in the industry
    The challengesThey are vocal about work-life balance and promote a 'work from anywhere' policy. However, it is noticeable that scheduling meetings outside of working hours and even on holidays is common. In my experience, this is due to their focus on 'challenging' employees to meet high targets, despite a limited number of people assigned to them. While you're juggling numerous ongoing projects (plus admin stuff), management continues to push for pitches with tight deadlines. Probably, this work culture results in a high turnover rate as well.
