Great people all around, but you need to be proactive.

The good thingsWorking here has many perks. The management is supportive, and the team is full of great people. The work is generally lenient with a light workload most of the time, making it stress-free. Plus, the flexibility of working from home is a huge benefit. There’s no time tracking or camera required, which adds to the relaxed atmosphere. Overall, it’s an easy and enjoyable work environment.

The challengesWhile there are many positives, there are also some challenges. The graveyard shift can be tough, and the salary is just average. Although there are yearly raises, the health insurance (HMO) can be difficult to use. Additionally, there are issues with nepotism in job vacancies and mild favoritism, which can affect the work environment.
