    The good thingsThe management was very supportive of employee development. The company has a very close-knit, family-like culture. Everybody knows everyone, and you have open-door communication - be it rank-and-file employees, Sellers, Managers, the President, or CEO. Also, very conscious of serving its "Clients" as with the acronym of the company's core values.
    The challengesBeing a real estate developer will always have its share of challenges here and there. Nevertheless, the company exerts constant effort to improve its services for the best employee and customer experience. Just make sure that you are aligned with the company's core values.
