    Excellent working experience
The good thingsThe management was very supportive of employee development. The company has a very close-knit, family-like culture. Everybody knows everyone, and you have open-door communication - be it rank-and-file employees, Sellers, Managers, the President, or CEO. Also, very conscious of serving its "Clients" as with the acronym of the company's core values.
The challengesBeing a real estate developer will always have its share of challenges here and there. Nevertheless, the company exerts constant effort to improve its services for the best employee and customer experience. Just make sure that you are aligned with the company's core values.

An average company that can be quite challenging to work in.
The good thingsVery fair in giving out bonuses. If you're looking for a challenging work, this company is for you.
The challengesManagement is sometimes fickle minded. Leaders tend to micromanage middle management to a point the middle managers lose motivation and relevance.
