The work environment in my department is beyond excellent though I can't say for the other departments. I have learned a lot from this institution that would greatly help me in my future endeavors, both professionally and personally..The good thingsThe people are very approachable and my mentors were excellent at their job and I learn a lot from them.
The challengesThough my immediate co-workers are very nice and easy to get along, but since the institution is very big, there are still people that are really toxic.
