My life is like walking on a hanging bridge.
The good thingsWith my work, it's remote and sometimes on-site. But it's okay since no pressure and save for transportation expenses.
The challengesDoesn't know of you can stay long or not. And NO chance if being absorbed as an employee for contractual. And no notice if other teams have holidays or no work.. mostly from other countries.

The good thingsWe owned the code so we had a lot of control over it. We were always pushed to think of solutions to improve the code.
The challengesWorking in a competitive industry with colleagues coming from other countries sometimes meant that things had to be rushed, or given a temporary solution until the real solution could be implemented at a better-paced time.
