I enjoy the culture of continuous learning, the structured processes, and the opportunity to grow my technical, communication, and customer service skills. The team is helpful, the tools are advanced, and the company values professionalism and work-life balance.
    The challengesSome processes can be rigid, and handling high-volume tickets during peak weeks can be demanding. Cross-team coordination sometimes takes time due to global time zone differences. More streamlined communication and additional manpower during heavy workloads would help improve efficiency.

    Politics is all time worst!
    The good thingsToxic working environment to begin with and the management is at all time worst! Management only focuses on KPI, timeliness and cost savings and doesn't really care about their people. It feels like when you got sick, it's your own fault. Career growth is very slow and a toxic workplace to work with! Too much politics! Maybe start assessing the top management instead of blaming everything to the employee! Help them learn how to develop compassion and character.

    Poor organizational management due to politics and low compensation
    The good thingsSafety is their top priority. Free coffee and iced tea from vending machines. Discounted price on their Nestle goodies (coffee, dairy products (except infant milk), juice, iced tea, cereals, chocolates, condiments, skincare, etc.)
    The challengesOrganizational politics! Way way far from being a bpo company. Very low annual increase to the point that it can't keep up with the inflation rate. Top management only focuses on the KPI/measures and has poor attention to people concerns. Poor development plans for the employees, hence, career growth is slow. Unequal workload distribution. Some leads are not competitive and doesn't really know the process. Tends to give his/her tasks to his/her subordinates even though the task should really be on his/her plate. Retroactive approach on most of the processes/activities. Promotes proactive cooperation but in reality, actions are being taken as reactive. Sets unrealistic goals.

    Low Salary, challenging work
    The good thingsYou have a great team but not the best management though. Good environment and they also listen to their employees. Take the setup we have during this pandemic. We are working at home for employees who have comorbidities, we currently are also on voluntary onsite setup. I do hope this can be permanent since we can and are able to work at home. There are freebies which are not in the contract. They provide lots of benefits which are not in other company. You can learn a lot of things op top of the work you are doing which in other company equals to 2 to 3 job post.

    The good thingsNestle Company is one of the largest company in the Philippines when it comes to food and beverages. Nestle has a great total rewards: compensation, benefits etc. It has also a lot of Career Development that you could get and achieve whenever you want too. A great company who loves their asset which is People.

    The good thingsSafe work place environment given. Rules such as holding on hand rails and other regulations to ensure safety
    The challengesSome employees have been in the same role for 10 years The salary you get is not worth it compared to the stress you will receive. Workload overload due to always FTE savings very terrible. Resignations but no planning ahead for replacements ML no advance planning by management Irrational expectations from employees Just because you are good at work doesnt mean you will be rewarded because according to their 'standards' attitude is also being considered. Promotes challenging mindset but will hold it against you when you apply it to them.
