    MOTECH Automotive Education Center Inc. (MOTECH Automotive) traces its beginnings in 1977 when its forerunner company Ride Center Incorporated in Angeles City, Pampanga entered into a partnership with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA). This partnership allowed TESDA students to have their automotive training at Ride Center.The experience in providing on-the-job training eventually led to the expansion of the automotive educational center into a full-pledged training venue and car service hub.With its pool of automotive technicians receiving top-of-the-line training, MOTECH Automotive has successfully fused its training-center tradition with its current service-center business format.Today, MOTECH Automotive has outlets in key areas in Angeles City and San Fernando in Pampanga; Fairview, Quezon City; Cainta, Rizal and Sucat, Muntinlupa. Each service center is guided by its business philosophy that features a standardized service procedure, preventive maintenance checks, and after-warranty services to car owners.And now as it gears up through franchising, MOTECH Automotive sets sights on further expansion in prime locations in the country.

    Leads to directing the client of the protocol and directions they need to follow.
    The good thingsBeing an Area Manager it's a great opportunities to handle and create good things. Helping them resolve and target quotas assigned to them. Leading a group to sell and grow their profits as well. Call/dealing with client to help them resolve concerns and give recommendation that can be helpful. Other duties assigned.
    The challengesChallenge is different environment and industry from my previous worked and also my took course. But since my passion is to help others and explore new things and accept challenges, I'm giving my 100% plus 100 to prove myself worthy and impress my boss. Aside on this is to be an inspiration to others to grow and learned to accept challenges.
