It is a nice company to gain experience. You just need a lot of patience dealing with employees and of course, the bosses.
The good thingsGreat colleagues, they make work bearable. Their seminars and workshops are also a nice way to gain knowledge.
The challengesNo proper organizational chart, therefore issues with the top management keep arising. Low salary especially as an HR! They expect you to do a lot but they give you a low salary in return. Minimal benefits even after you've been regularized.

The good thingsI enjoy assisting employees who needs help especially processing of their loans. I also like how they appreciate me when I helped them.
The challengesSafety of the employees is at risk. There are no free PPE's issued. When there are work accident related, the management do not prioritized the employees who was involved in the accident
