From its humble beginning in 1986, the company is now recognized as the country’s industry leader in food safety and quality. Being the first ISO 22000 certified meat processing plant in the Philippines, first in ASIA and 2nd in the WORLD, the company has become a benchmark of quality practices and a source of high quality and safe processed meat products. Just recently, it has been conferred as compliant to the FOOD SAFETY SYSTEM CERTIFICATION (FSSC 22OOO:2011). Major products include: hotdogs, sausages, ham, bacon, corned beef, nuggets local ethnic products like tocino, tapa and longanisa. With all systems go, Mekeni is now gearing toward expansion its markets in Asia, Middle East and USA.

    The good thingsThis community provide a open and extended family community where they treat one another as part of their family. A open and having extended arms to share their knowledge to all of us employees. Lastly, a God centered community.
