    The good thingsThis community provide a open and extended family community where they treat one another as part of their family. A open and having extended arms to share their knowledge to all of us employees. Lastly, a God centered community.

    The good thingsAlways and fast at hiring maybe due to fast turnover of employees.
    The challengesPoor internal control; few employees; heavy workload considering the low salary; do not consider physical health of employees.
