    You are dispensable in Maxima
The good things1. Pay is relatively good for fresh grads 2. Near a lot of establishments 3. Salary arrives on time
The challenges1. Mandatory OTY – If you value work-life balance, don’t join. Leaving on time is frowned upon. 2. Office politics – Some section leads/managers isolate people they dislike. 3. Poor engagement – HR requests for programs are ignored; no proper budget. 4. Limited leave – Few leave credits; taking leave feels discouraged. 5. Long hours – Compressed schedules mean 10+ hour days. 6. No health/safety support – No clinics, nurses, or safety officer onsite. 7. No training/mentorship – No proper turnovers; no investment in development. 8. Bureaucracy – Long approvals, still blamed if things go wrong; employees seen as replaceable. 9. High pay? – You handle 4x the workload for 1x the salary.

My experience in Maxima was difficult and stressful, but it made me stronger and wiser.
The good thingsDuring my tenure at Maxima, I have enjoyed my role as a salesman, the opportunity to connect with individuals in the construction and mining industries, and the satisfaction of closing deals.
The challengesThe challenges I face with Maxima include delays in the approval of new customers and their credit lines. The company is very strict with documentation, which often results in long processing times and, ultimately, lost sales. In addition, Maxima can be difficult to negotiate with, as they strictly enforce company policies—sometimes causing customers to choose competitors instead. Aside from client-related issues, we also face challenges with the level of support provided by top management. I believe Maxima’s top management should pay more attention to employees and support them. When employees feel cared for, their morale improves and they work harder. Constant punishment, like deducting or withholding commissions, is discouraging.

I’m still thankful for the opportunity to work in different roles.
The good thingsI appreciate my former coworkers, but they also resigned.
The challengesWork-life balance was poor and micromanagement. Decisions were often made by one person, despite multiple managers, many deductions affecting the agents' earnings. A manager with no sales experience was assigned to train the team, approach was more criticism than guidance resulting in high turnover.

I am still thankful to maxima for the opportunity.
The good thingsThe salary is good comparing to others
The challengesThe micromanagement and work-life superimbalance. One of the managers in sales dept. is the main reason of stress and why salesman is quitting. Favoritism also exist. Company don’t care about health. Salesman worked in the office even if it is under renovation. Lot construction dust were inhaled.

    Good benefits & personality development
The good thingsMaxima provides good benefits to its employees. We receive allowances for meals, transpo, communication, laundry, etc. Aside from the 13th month, we are also given Performance & Attendance Bonuses. If given the chance to receive first hand instruction from the President, you’ll be able to acquire knowledge and skills that you can apply to your daily work.
The challengesCompany activities involving employees and the community became less. For some cases, promotion took some time due to changing abilities that you need to acquire for a certain position.

The good thingsFor fresh graduates this is a good avenue, as you will learn from scratch such as filing documents, encoding, reporting and so on. You will gained experience and knowledge. Also, you will learn how to deal with difficult people so your patience will be test here.
The challengesThe distribution of work is not equal. Too many task is given to one person and pressure is really visible here. No work life balance as you will always need to finished the work for the day, always overtime yet it is only OT TY. Favoritism is also visible. The management is not good in taking care of employees.

The good thingsI was given an opportunity to work when I needed a job. I am very thankful and appreciate it very much. Very strict controls and established work processes as they are ISO certified. Financially stable as the company is partly owned by Marubeni of Japan.
The challengesLack of after sales support resources. Branches are not provided adequate budget for facility improvements. Too strict controls and decision/strategies are mainly from Top Management. Not enough exposure for employees to be more creative and develop their strategic thinking skills.
