    Working in an HMO taught me very well the importance of having health insurance for everyone.
    The good thingsI love my work very much, although it can be stressful at times. However, you can feel a sense of satisfaction when you serve your clients well, especially when working in an HMO.
    The challengesThe manager of our team doesn't treat us equally. She can't fight for you because she doesn't believe in your capability. She treats us with favoritism.

    Your superiors feels that their are the real bosses. They don't care for your own health.duty in the morning until the evening! Very exhausted to work with the managers?
    The good thingsLow salary. Unions will cut also your salary. This is not recommended company. You work with them but your not with the year you've stay.

    WORST ONBOARDING EXPERIENCE
    The good thingsasking salary was given. other benefit 13-15th month, HMO, Insurance etc
    The challengesunorganized sales team. they wont be assisting you that much because of work overload. the shift is 8-5pm but their actual time out is 8pm-11pm or beyond! even being in the industry for 33years, they dont have smooth sales process, complicated process i must say. company has a very good reputation and image but internally, they are all over the place.

    The challenges1. No Work Life Balance 2. Hard to coordinate with other department 3. Long working hours (I worked 12hrs or more a day, even extended up to weekend when necessary) 4. Sometimes unable to enjoy the benefit entitled to you as an employee (disapproved VL even if you have 12 credits left and already booked your planned travel. Coming in sick because no one will help you with your task even with endorsement)

    good for those who want to work 6 days a week plus overtime
    The good thingsmy co-workers are very friendly. they will help you if you encounter irate patients. having this kind of experience can boost your self confidence, problem solving, etc. benefits is good. it's always better to have the last break.
    The challengesmy favorite part of being a CCS was everytime I encounter irate patient and ended the transaction with their contentment. they have online transaction and portal but not working most of the time.
