    Working in an HMO taught me very well the importance of having health insurance for everyone.
    The good thingsI love my work very much, although it can be stressful at times. However, you can feel a sense of satisfaction when you serve your clients well, especially when working in an HMO.
    The challengesThe manager of our team doesn't treat us equally. She can't fight for you because she doesn't believe in your capability. She treats us with favoritism.
