Chill workplace and co workers but if you’re up for a career growth, this company is not for you
The good thingsThe company is generous enough to provide lunch and meryende when you’re at the office, they give free random goods also once or twice a month. Some employees are kind some are not.
The challengesNo benefits like SL/VL nor HMO. They are also understaffed so in terms of the work that should be done smoothly gets complicated along the way. Doesn’t communicate properly which make the job even more challenging. No proper training, no car service for agents, no growth in this company

    Understaffed and Some are Unprofessional
The good thingsIn my years of service in this company, i have experienced company events/outing and they also give goods to employees.
The challengesIf you are not up for stressful work without any employee considerations, do not work here as they care less about your opinions. They are understaffed and will make you work more than what role you're hired for and will demand deadlines in multiple roles you have without thinking of the workloads you have in your hands. "Micromanagement is a destroyer of momentum"

My experience with manila rubber corp
The good thingsFree lunch, free meryenda, (some) staff members are kind, some are not. The work is not really that hard - though the growth will be stagnant...no formal training, just seniors teaching you stuff. You'll be forced to be flexible and work outside your supposed role. I would not recommend this to a person who seeks constant career growth, but if you're a type of person who's contented to settle for less, you can try it here.
The challengesInconsistency of deadlines, no formal agreement from the boss, no formal training, constant changes on project plans - sometimes you actually finished your work then suddenly the bosses will suddenly say "this is not what I asked you to do" or "we'll scrap your idea" sorry to be upfront but that's it.
