My experience with manila rubber corpThe good thingsFree lunch, free meryenda, (some) staff members are kind, some are not. The work is not really that hard - though the growth will be stagnant...no formal training, just seniors teaching you stuff. You'll be forced to be flexible and work outside your supposed role. I would not recommend this to a person who seeks constant career growth, but if you're a type of person who's contented to settle for less, you can try it here.
The challengesInconsistency of deadlines, no formal agreement from the boss, no formal training, constant changes on project plans - sometimes you actually finished your work then suddenly the bosses will suddenly say "this is not what I asked you to do" or "we'll scrap your idea" sorry to be upfront but that's it.
