    The good thingsProvides minimum benefits - just what the government asks - but aside from that - nothing else.
    The challengesBenefits are just for compliance. Even incentives are not given heartedly. Does not care about the employees. All they want is profit.

    The good thingsexposed on different hr facets including recruitment and compensation and benefits, as well as in social responsiveness. its gives me a lot of confident for myself to be as a hr growing personnel.

    The good thingswhat i enjoyed the most was my job, it was too challenging for a fresh graduate like me back then, A/R staff responsibilities isn't that simple & easy, but i enjoyed it. I did not even feel the burden.. thanks to my Accounting head & co-accounting staff for being so kind.
    The challengesdifficult part was to pleased everybody the way they wanted to be. im not good at making friends with them all. worst thing was when i was accused of being 1 of our boss fling, that leads me to tender my resignation, though a was flattered since our accounting head & admin head doesnt want me to pursue mg resignation but i was already broken to all the issues i've heard. But now im strong. Thanks.
