    The good thingsI've learn a lot when i enter this company. I can motivate myself during deadlines of my report. I feel not alone when the time i need to submit all my deadlines to my superior. I can stand by my own during reporting of sales and productivity to all managers. I was not expecting that this job/work can perform me as a good team leader in my department.
    The challengesReporting to all Managers without knowing the date. I was surprised to reporting to them. Discussing the product sales, monthly sales and behavior of each employee . I'll take this as a challenge for me to be able to learn on how to communicate properly and how to handle the situation about what company needs to improve.
