    The good thingsI've learn a lot when i enter this company. I can motivate myself during deadlines of my report. I feel not alone when the time i need to submit all my deadlines to my superior. I can stand by my own during reporting of sales and productivity to all managers. I was not expecting that this job/work can perform me as a good team leader in my department.
    The challengesReporting to all Managers without knowing the date. I was surprised to reporting to them. Discussing the product sales, monthly sales and behavior of each employee . I'll take this as a challenge for me to be able to learn on how to communicate properly and how to handle the situation about what company needs to improve.

    Incompetent and power playing managers
    The good things-Competitive salary: easy money because the courses they offer are pricey *they sell wealth by the way but the lectures are just sales pitch* -some colleagues are smarter than the PH bosses -you'll get promoted easily because the smart ones don't stay for long in this company -you get to work for the worst that's way anything after this company is better!
    The challengesThere's no HMO; you are going to be overworked by the bosses. Also, there is no transportation allowance, no hazard pay, and Independent Contractors are deducted bank fees every cutoff since the salary is coming from UK. (Imagine having a deduction of at least 1.5k every cutoff) I'm so happy I'm out of this company and I'm in a better place now.
