    The good things1. Office is very accessible 2. You get to create a network with other design professionals involved
    The challenges1. You won't get the chance to design 2. Head architect is very moody and unappreciative 3. Management (HR, etc.) has no sense of leadership 4. no work life balance at all 5. OT everyday 6. micro managements wastes so much time and effort 7. no HMO and other benefits
