    Toxic Culture and Management
The good thingsI truly loved working here due to camaraderie with colleagues — they made the experience more optimistic and tolerable. Beyond that team, the general working environment was generally stressful and devoid of support necessary to succeed.
The challengesI do not recommend this company for those individuals who want professional development, reasonable treatment, and a positive work environment. Throughout my stay, I witnessed some problems such as micromanaging, no chance of development, and unresolved toxic tendencies such as favoritism and gossip, which made the workplace difficult and demoralizing. Cons: Micromanagement and Over-Control, Toxic Workplace Culture, Ineffective Leadership, Favoritism and Unfair Treatment, Lack of Career Development Opportunities , Deceptive Communication (Sugarcoating and False Promises), Lack of Support and Negativity from Management, Gossip and Backstabbing Behavior
