Our facility, located in Calamba, Laguna, has been designed to ensure top-quality production, allow efficient operations, and encourage innovative thinking.Our pioneering offer is SIP, the first oxygenated and purified bottled water in the Philippines. Bottled in Pacific Synergy’s facility, which is close to the Mount Makiling, SIP has undergone a natural filtration process through the volcanic layers of our land, guaranteeing its purity and cleanliness. SIP is made for the work-oriented and young generation. It boosts metabolism and immunity by providing an added level of oxygen.Pacific Synergy will offer toll-packing services to support our clients in their production requirements. Our plants are equipped with fully automatic machines including an air conveyor that transfers the empty bottle from the blowing machine to the filling machine. The filling room is a fully enclosed modular wall system with positive air intake from class 10,000 FEPA filters on top of the monoblock or filling room. These prevent cross contamination and ensure product integrity. Complementing this, the plant is equipped with a modern laboratory capable of carrying out advanced physio chemical and microbiological tests.To date, our manufacturing facility has the capacity to do 18,000 bottles bottles per hour or 429,000 500-ml. cases. We can increase this capacity to meet clients’ needs.Currently, Pacific Synergy is involved in the development of the new low-neck height standard and short cap called 2925 diameter caps. We also provide weight-reduced closure and bottles.In the years to come, our Research and Development team will continue to take the lead in the innovation field to find new product categories and improve current product lines to meet the ever-growing needs of our customers.Will start out with bottled water products and already have an upcoming brand called SIP. It's the first oxygenated purified water in the Philippines. This product will help improve the lives of the work oriented generation by boosting their metabolism (SIP, the water that gets their body moving) and immunity (SIP, the fountain of health) thru the added level of oxygen in the water (the oxygen is infused into the water by using cooling tower technology).
