The challengesOne of the difficult parts of working in an institution that caters to customer services is dealing with difficult customers as well as the various paperwork that comes with administrative tasks. But with practice and a little patience, I believe that it made me grow into the kind of employee that I am now. It may have been a challenge at first, nevertheless, it taught me good experiences that may help me in the next journey of my career life.
