Great company with excellent benefits and a healthy work-life balance.
The good thingsI've really enjoyed the work-life balance. It has allowed me to not only focus on work, but also enjoy other activities that I wasn't able to do before.
The challengesOne things that could be improved is adding more manpower to the team. This would not only help boost productivity and efficiency, but also promote a healthier working environment.

Good overall. Undecided if I will stay, but if to leave, likely for a completely different role.
The good things-Hybrid setup (note, only allowed to work at declared home address due to security measures) -Supportive team (personal experience) -Ample provision of work technology and tools
The challenges-Minimal events, although improving -Very fast paced. Policies and processes can drastically change. This company is not for someone who hates changes and ambiguity -Many aspects are department reliant

Lendi is great, as they always strive to be better for their customers and employees, just need to look out for some Team Leads.
The good thingsPerks and Benefits. Permanent Work From Home, VL and SLs, Flex first, Free counseling for employees and their families, HMO and Life Insurance coverage.
The challengesWhen they started requiring us to work from office once a week. It is difficult to accept as I looked for a job in a permanent work from home set up, though overtime, I saw the benefits of coming to office once in a while. There was also a time where we find out there'll be no pay increase yearly, but good thing management heard us and did something about it. The most challenging though, is there's a lot of gatekeeping of knowledge. There are a lot of things that only one person knows how to do things and they are not willing to share it to the team. I personally don't understand gatekeeping of knowledge as sharing knowledge for me will benefit everyone including one's self. Also, this is the only place where I need to prove myself first before my people leaders would believe in me, any other employers from the past believed in me first, trusted me with tasks, that made me flourished and naturally proved myself. This does not represent Lendi Group, but I just want to share that I have a Team Lead where, when she did a mistake that affects me, she never apologize for the mistakes. There was also a time she calculated the time how I do my work and it just really seems micromanaging for me as I never missed any deadline since I worked at Lendi, so that's just really unnecessary. I just hope Team Leads will boost the morale of their team members, instead of comparing how they do things as comparing at their level is not fair. Lastly, we just found out that when you resign in Lendi Group Philippines, you are not allowed to have Terminal Leaves (you are NOT entitled to use your leaves) and any other unused leaves will not be paid in backpay. I think, this is something Lendi should look and consider, as employees earned those leaves throughout their stay, only to be surrendered once we leave.

This is really a good and friendly working environment especially with working mothers. You'll be able to earn while being able to be with your family all the time.
The good thingsNo adjustments needed with the management. Everyone is approachable and willing to help in any way they can.
The challengesNone at the moment as I am currently enjoying everything here at Lendi.

This company was very stressful and challenging for me. Upper management seemed to lack foresight and direction, and they often disregarded the needs and opinions of others.
The good thingsThe management. It's a work-from-home setup, and the team I work with. The training team.
The challengesI had heard some stories about this company before I joined that they would make the most of their staff members, but I didn't believe it until I joined. The job is tiring, but I learned a lot.

Best Working Culture and Working like a Family
The good thingsFrom the start being part of Lendi as they welcome you working things are very awkward seems they really know each other, as time passes you're suddenly being part of that family and part the culture like working is same as doing chores at home.
The challengesWork might be hard but with the right culture with right boss. things become easy.

    CHALLENGING AND REWARDING ENVIRONMENT
The good thingsCOMMISSIONS. The commission incentive here in Lendi is really good. It is just and fair depending on the effort exerted of an individual. The more effort you exert means the higher chances of getting huge commissions. CHALLENGES. Everyday is a challenge. If you are someone who enjoys challenges, you are a good fir on this company. CAREER. Started from the bottom and I must say that the career progression here is great so long that you coordinate and communicate well with your managers.
The challengesAs this is a challenging environment, be prepared physically and emotionally. Work-life balance is possible but there will be times that you must do extra effort to clear the queue. The company is also expecting good quality outcome from your work and finding the perfect balance in the quantity and quality is one of most challenging thing you will encounter here.

The challenges- Very strict protocols on taking sick leaves
