    If you want to grow your software development skills, Lay bare is not for yours.
    The good thingsThe Culture in Lay bare is Family-oriented. They have what they call town hall meeting which gives all employee information about the status of the company. The President is cool and energetic person. The company also promotes work-life balance which is great if you're looking for stress-free environment.
    The challengesFailure in Upper Management. The Director seems doesn't care about the IT Department. No KPI has been given although they promise that they will give it to the employees. No equal distribution of workload and have no clear of what the goals moving forward. The most important is they don't give increase. They give increase if you change for a higher position. If you are a software developer/Web Developer and seeking for career advancement, you may think twice before coming into Lay Bare.
