    Given more years, I could have established more processes within the organization.
    The good thingsAs a spin-off company from IBM, we had a free hand in formulating a new set of H&S guidelines.
    The challengesRetrenchment of 10% of the global workforce including Philippines was implemented within two (2) years of the spin-off. Very demoralizing!
