George J. Willmann Charities, Inc. These foundations, which serve as the soul of the Association, provide collegiate scholarships to poor but deserving children of KC and non-KC members and scholarship grants to seminarians and priests. Since their inception in 1978, 277 college students, 114 vocational students and 1 high school student have graduated and 123 seminarian scholars have been ordained to the Sacred Order of Priesthood and 4 to the Deaconate. In addition, 24 Priests were also supported in their Licentiate/Masteral Studies in Rome and 21 in their Advanced Studies locally. In support to our Mother Church, the Foundations make substantial financial contributions every year to the Catholic Bishops Conference of the Philippines (CBCP) in support to its social development programs. Consistently aligning its programs to contribute to our society’s well-being, the Foundations are also involved in livelihood programs to promote financial independence, programs for the youth and family life counseling workshops.

A good company to grow with.
The good thingsThe management has a strong belief in a good work-life balance, implementing a number of activities for the employees' benefits. The management, though senior in age do believe and follows a younger trend in employee engagement program. Many employees have a long tenure in the company and has grown professionally in the company.
The challengesIt's a very traditional and religious organization and maybe not everyone's cup of tea.
