It was in this office location when the founder of the agency met his untimely death which created an unexpected dwindle in its operations, albeit briefly because after the death of Congressman Henry P. Lanot, his eldest son and namesake Henry C. Lanot II took the helm and progressively managed the agency by hiring new faces in the agency like retired ranking military and police officers and certified security professionals having vast knowledge in agency operations.To better serve its guard force, King Henry Security & Investigation Agency to move its office to a more accessible location at the 3rd Floor JEMCO building, C. Raymundo Avenue, Rosario, Pasig City. While holding offices in this location, the agency is simultaneously building its own building structure in Maybunga, Pasig City.Finally, on October 2011, King Henry Security and Investigation Agency, Inc. under the leadership of Mr. Henry C. Lanot II settled its offices to the agency-owned ZEN Building located at #75 F. Legaspi st., Maybunga, Pasig City.To date, the agency continues to grow and is ready to provide service to the highest standards.
