    The good thingsIm happy during the time of my service at Polar Bear Freezing & Storage Corporation because I am the head security guard in that company. I can apply the learnings I learned from my training as a security guard and In Polar Bear all the admin staffs are very friendly and approachable to all of us security guard assigned.
    The challengesThe challenges I've encountered in my previous job at Polar Bear freezing & storages corp. is that all of us security guards have roles and we were conducting a roving and if we noticed something in our area of responsibilities or any incidents we write a report and should be pass in our plant manager and hr of the company so that they can be aware.

    The good thingsI am grateful to the agency because I have learned so much from this job. My knowledge of computers and CCTV has increased.
    The challengesThe agency was good but the co-workers of the agencys employers are challenging. It is exciting to be around other people with different qualities and attitudes.
