Not recommendedOverall, this is not a healthy working environment and not recommended for those looking for fair treatment, work-life balance, or professional growth. Not recommended. The management—especially the Chinese bosses—have unrealistic expectations from employees. If there are problems, instead of resolving the issue, they tend to transfer you to different teams or colleagues. You will also be asked to do tasks that are outside your job description. There is clear favoritism in the workplace. Overtime work is expected almost daily, but without proper pay. Employees are often required to advance office expenses from their own pockets. The salary is given only once a month and is quite low compared to the workload. They want employees to work like superheroes—even during storms or personal emergencies. There’s no consideration even if you're hospitalized; they will still bother you to do your job. Disobeying unreasonable instructions may cause them to single you out or treat you unfairly. Work schedule is Monday to Saturday, and even holidays may be converted to workdays just to offset Saturdays. Every Monday morning, employees are required to sing the company hymn and recite the company culture—but sadly, the company itself does not apply these values.

I regretfully cannot recommend this company due to its evident disregard for fairness and integrity in the workplace. The environment is plagued by managerial power-tripping, where those in leadership positions often exploit their authority without facing any accountability for their actions. This creates a culture of fear and discourages employees from raising legitimate concerns. Additionally, tenured agents often behave as though entitled to special privileges, creating tension and division among the workforce. Instead of fostering teamwork and mutual respect, this dynamic undermines the growth and morale of the entire team. For a company to thrive, fairness, accountability, and mutual respect must be the cornerstone of its culture. Unfortunately, these values seem to be lacking here (KL), making difficult for employees to feel valued or supported
The good thingsYou'll only last a little longer because of so called "friends"

Unreliable and Unprofessional ExperienceI cannot recommend this company due to its limited growth opportunities. While there is an abundance of work and responsibilities, there are no corresponding salary increases. The management is ineffective, burdened by micromanagement and office politics. It's important to be aware that without their favor, you may face unnecessary power struggles.

The Company is newly established here in the Philippines last April 2018. KIN LONG PHILIPPINES will go above and beyond on every project to provide high quality, the best and most reliable partner in supplying fittings for architectural hardware.
The good thingsKin Long Philippines employees are firmly believed that working together as a team is very important in an organization, the goal is not simply to 'work hard, play hard.' The goal is to make our work and our play indistinguishable. We keep on our mind that the most important is a team does not consist of one person… but a group of individuals who are striving for the main goal. We had a Teambuilding activity that everyone participated and cooperated with their team. The main purpose is to communicate and work better together. Such that when people go back to work, we foster a friendly work environment where people are comfortable and happy to talk and work together. Celebration, team spirit, fun and motivation. We value competition and excellence in execution at work and at play.
The challengesThe challenges we are currently facing is to recruit more sales representatives and sales assistants that will help us to provide the high quality of service to our clients here in the Philippines.
