    Nothing worth it comes easy.
The good thingsyou may have to start with a low salary compared to the other firms. but your performance, improvement, character, and even attendance are considered before you are elevated. In my opinion, this challenges me to become a better professional in the field not only in skill but also in character. You will be seen not during the times you want to be seen. but in times you least expect it. The are a lot of activities prepared by the management throughout the year that can de-stress you. a lot of free stuff too. shirts, caps, rice, etc. sometimes cash prizes and meals too. it is a CPD provider so I have attended a lot of CPD seminars but haven't gotten to use the points since I left before I got my professional license
The challengesthe low salary may be a challenge at first. Still, the learning experience, the camaraderie, and the professional growth the company infused in me is a solid foundation to start my own firm. Stress is inevitable. all workplaces can be stressful too. JSLA is not an exemption. and during those times, I would rather see it as a challenge for me to improve faster to finish my tasks early, think outside the box, and be creative in tackling a project, problem, or even a mistake.
