Nothing worth it comes easy.The good thingsyou may have to start with a low salary compared to the other firms. but your performance, improvement, character, and even attendance are considered before you are elevated. In my opinion, this challenges me to become a better professional in the field not only in skill but also in character.

The are a lot of activities prepared by the management throughout the year that can de-stress you. a lot of free stuff too. shirts, caps, rice, etc. sometimes cash prizes and meals too.
it is a CPD provider so I have attended a lot of CPD seminars but haven't gotten to use the points since I left before I got my professional license

Stress is inevitable. all workplaces can be stressful too. JSLA is not an exemption. and during those times, I would rather see it as a challenge for me to improve faster to finish my tasks early, think outside the box, and be creative in tackling a project, problem, or even a mistake.
