    Pretty Average Company
The good thingsSome of the colleagues are nice and fun to work with most especially the Japanese staffs. OT's are paid and there are a lot of activities going on inside the company which I really liked the most.
The challengesThey would ask for you to work on weekends even though it wasn't paid like answering inquiries even though it is out of your scheduled shift/outside the office. Some tenured/senior colleagues would talk behind your back about how you work even though you're still new to the company, they expect you to learn everything right away. They won't bother helping you, you have to learn everything by yourself.

    challenging but exhilarating
The good thingsWorking here is a good opportunity for fresh graduates as a stepping stone to a bigger opportunity ahead. A good company for those applicants looking family-like working environment.
The challengesHeavy workload, needs improvement for motivating employees, lacking systems/incentives for employees base on skillset and micromanagement.
