    The good thingsWorking in this kind of environment gives me an opportunity to gain more knowledge and skills. The work it self let me experience challenges that when I solve the problem, gives me a feeling of satisfaction that I really enjoy. Further more, the management never failed to give support and acknowledgement for our efforts and hard works.
    The challengesWhat I encounter here that had difficulty adjusting was the kind of scheduling we had. Sometimes, a lot of manpower makes us do some double shifts and that would make you work 16hours non-stop. However, I was able to adopt it in a long run but this would eventually makes the employee think of leaving the company the work shift will only be worsen. With this the company must do something about the work shift and add more manpower to avoid as such.
