    ISTA Family - ISTA Real HomeI haven't been with ISTA for long but the experience I'm having here right now is the experience I'm looking for a company for so long and I am surprised that ISTA is really the proof of the words "expect the unexpected" because I'm not expecting to found a REAL 2nd HOME.

    So far I've been with the company for more than a year. My father passed away while I was only a month into my employment but the company was understanding and I was given support and enough days during the process. I think the main reason why I'm still with the company is because of my supervisor and manager. They are professional but offers enough sympathy towards their team's need. ISTA is still a growing company and I'm excited to see how far can this company go.
    The good thingsMy bosses are great people. They try their best to provide the assistance needed and they try to compromise if some needs are hard to meet.
    The challengesI will they could assign a better sleeping quarter.

    The good thingsthe stress level here is only at 1% on stress level you get on other BPO companies.

    Worst company by far
    The good thingsFor employees who had a good time mostly just had easier accounts and tend to overlook any shortcomings of the company
    The challenges-They're willing to lowball the salary rate of skilled employees compared to new hires who have been in the BPO for quite a long time but with MEDIOCRE skills -Overtime pay is hard to get approved -Quick to blame small leaders without listening to their concerns and without assistance in implementing solutions -Regardless of how big or small the facility of the company is, the huge dealbreaker for me is that their work culture is not for smart or skilled people -They won't care about your contribution until they realize that a 1 skilled person's job is equivalent to 2-3 employees amount of task -Unprofessional guard and cleaner

    The challengesNot enough facilities (eg. pantry, sleeping quarters, clinic, etc) to accomodate employees. Commuting is hassle during this time of pandemic because of lack of transportation.

    the company is what you'd expect from a typical BPO. still in the early stage though we so rules/guidelines are being added/ammended every now and then.

    The good thingsIn terms of work environment , the job can be challenging but working with people here makes it easier. They are nice and easy to work with. The mgt shows appreciation to staff through their own little way -very sweet
    The challengesthe place itself needs a great fix- need to provide coffee machine , clean the pantry area - should add exit doors rather than one for safety-- and safe area to park for employees .Also implement a professional dress code policy --some looks like they are going to a party or the beach :)

    No career opportunity
    The good thingsSalary is average but if you perform well there is a yearly increase. Employees are very friendly, be careful-- you'll get attached (except the management)
    The challengesStayed in the company for 4.5 years but no opportunity given to grow from agent to another higher position. They prefer to outsource people outside and put them on the position even with no experience on the account, than use their employees who stayed with them for years. If you are looking for growth,better check other companies😉

    The good thingsI've been working with Ista for almost 3 years now, Ista has become my 2nd home, I found not just good friends but a family. There are a lot of opportunities offered as well, wherein they will help you grow and achieved your goals. Moreover, You will not experience late pay outs Career growth
