    The good thingsTeam leaders and Managers are easy to deal with, feels like you are dealing with your own Family member, you will always feel the care for the employees.
    The challengesProcess is from End to end, beings accurate is a must. You have to deal with the client directly that will enhance your communication skills.

    The good thingsI've been working with Ista for almost 3 years now, Ista has become my 2nd home, I found not just good friends but a family. There are a lot of opportunities offered as well, wherein they will help you grow and achieved your goals. Moreover, You will not experience late pay outs Career growth
    The challengesIt would be nice to add more incentives, as well as improving the pantry and clinic area.

    The good thingsThe Travel time from our house to office. Will not take 20minutes.
    The challengesThe facilities especially the production floor. It's too hot sometimes and the sleeping lounge.
