Very informal/casual so very good for people used to flat hierarchy set-ups like Google but lacks some respect & patience once you get into the company when you're still a newbie going through the probationary.The good thingsflat hierarchy, "close friends/barkada" theme of the group, effective remote set-up.
The challengesjudges newbies right away with their performance, is not very keen on helping/guiding them through the probationary. Lacks leadership, direction and patience. Not very on point with their support (despite them inviting the person into the company in the first place) and QUESTIONS the questions regarding their feedback.
