    Very informal/casual so very good for people used to flat hierarchy set-ups like Google but lacks some respect & patience once you get into the company when you're still a newbie going through the probationary.
    The good thingsflat hierarchy, "close friends/barkada" theme of the group, effective remote set-up.
    The challengesjudges newbies right away with their performance, is not very keen on helping/guiding them through the probationary. Lacks leadership, direction and patience. Not very on point with their support (despite them inviting the person into the company in the first place) and QUESTIONS the questions regarding their feedback.

    A mess of a company, no direction to move forward.
    The good thingsComplicated to begin with. Not many positive things to say.
    The challengesLack of proper onboarding for new employees in resulting in incompetent Directors down to executives. Reflecting poor sales performance, low client ratings, and high client attrition rate. A stark contrast from the company's relatively good performance in 2015-2019

    It's alright to work here, if you have the knack and patience for it.
    The good thingsThe company itself has remained to be adaptable despite the recent pandemic that has taken place. While more can be done, it had made an honest effort to keep its employees in check.
    The challengesThe company itself could have gone a little better when making things more accommodating for its employees, especially with the pandemic going on.

    The company has little to no room for career growth
    The good thingsThe team I worked with before the org re-structure
    The challengesThe current verticals left after the restructure. The company made a bold move on getting a HOD replacement from outside without any background on Media and which appears to have no experience in effectively managing clients and has no effort in learning basic processes that are essential to the role.

    Poor management by the current Head of departments
    The good thingsThe diverse set of people somehow makes working here bearable.
    The challengesThe grave politics of the current Insights HOD and Finance department that creeps into every department and makes PH, once was the leading Isentia Office in SEA now a laughing stock among other offices.

    The good things- Good environment - Nice compensation package - Time flexibility
    The challenges- Little to no career growth. - Work is life. - If you don't know how to work around the system, it will be REALLY stressful.
