    Integrated Montessori Center (IMC) is an educational institution that caters to students from preschool to high school whose main campus is located in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City. It was established in 1992 by Mrs. Angeli C. Cadungog in Jusmag Area, Fort Bonifacio, Makati City. IMC is one of the first ten schools in Taguig City granted permission to open classes for Grades 11 and 12 for SY 2016-2017 with the DepEd’s implementation of the K-12 curriculum.What started as a one-classroom preschool for about 20 students, it is now offering preschool and grade school in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig. In fulfilling its battle cry “Onward to Excellence,” the new IMC Bayani building is now the IMC High School, which houses its High School Department.Over the years, IMC has become a trusted institution due to its innovations and Montessori style of education. As a result of their combined education and parents’ support, students not only excel in school but also participate and win in national and international competitions in both academics and sports. Its graduates eventually attend top colleges and universities in the country such as University of the Philippines, University of Sto.Tomas, Ateneo De Manila University, Asia Pacific College, andFor more than 2 decades, IMC has continuously progressed and remain steadfast in facing the challenges that confront the Philippine educational system. For these and its remarkably closely-knit community, IMC is a wonderful place to learn and come home to.

    The work will depend on your commitment. If you are a person whose devoted into teaching and looking to excel in the field, this company is for you. But if you are looking for more stable job and work life balance, don't work here. Same time, the management is centralized so it will be hard to process many internal issue quickly. If you are innovative you'll be having a hard time working here.
    The good thingsThe trainings will make you really a competent teacher. They have good facilities that will support your curriculum needs. The boss are outstanding in reaching the employees.
    The challengesThere is no work and life balance since they are not so much organize in distributing the task at hand. There is so much bureaucracy going on so its really hard to be an employee if you are an innovative person.

    The management does not promote work life balance. They don't value employees welfare. They are not professional because they will talk to you in an annoying way.
