The work will depend on your commitment. If you are a person whose devoted into teaching and looking to excel in the field, this company is for you. But if you are looking for more stable job and work life balance, don't work here. Same time, the management is centralized so it will be hard to process many internal issue quickly. If you are innovative you'll be having a hard time working here.
The good thingsThe trainings will make you really a competent teacher. They have good facilities that will support your curriculum needs. The boss are outstanding in reaching the employees.
The challengesThere is no work and life balance since they are not so much organize in distributing the task at hand. There is so much bureaucracy going on so its really hard to be an employee if you are an innovative person.

The management does not promote work life balance. They don't value employees welfare. They are not professional because they will talk to you in an annoying way.
The good thingsYou will get to know a lot of students.
The challengesThe management on how they assigned tasks. No proper division of labor. You have no right to express opinions and innovative ideas.

training and experience are the best teacher
The good thingsMy employers are very kind and approachable although a little bit strict but they made me a better person. For all my strength, they encourage me to keep it up and for all me weaknesses they help me to minimize it and gave me suggestions to do better. They had given me a chance to improve my skills and effectiveness as a teacher through sending me in a seminar-workshops.
The challengesWhat makes me difficult to handle or somewhat challenging was that, how to mingle with your superiors and how to win their attention just to have a good start.I don't believe that first impression last because all you need to do is to do better if not best, to your students to be an effective one because i believe that all things that seems hard will become quite easy if you really want to learn.
