Working in a well-known news outfit
The good thingsIn my almost 3 years of work in INQUIRER.net, I can say that the environment there is great. The people I've worked with are all professionals in their field of work, and you wouldn't feel difficult to grow and explore your career. They are very encouraging.
The challengesI think this company would improve more if there will be a mental health support group that will be established for employees/individuals who might need some emotional assistance should they feel anxious, stressed, or even when they feel depressed. It is very important for an organization to do standard practice in this matter.
