    Great place to learn
The good thingsIf you want to start your career with digital, I will really recommend Inquirer.net as the managers will allow you to explore, grow, and learn the things that you need to enhance your performance on the job.
The challengesChallenges includes office location since its not on the central CBD area, and ofcourse office politics.

Working in a well-known news outfit
The good thingsIn my almost 3 years of work in INQUIRER.net, I can say that the environment there is great. The people I've worked with are all professionals in their field of work, and you wouldn't feel difficult to grow and explore your career. They are very encouraging.
The challengesI think this company would improve more if there will be a mental health support group that will be established for employees/individuals who might need some emotional assistance should they feel anxious, stressed, or even when they feel depressed. It is very important for an organization to do standard practice in this matter.

Good name to industry, but high politics inside workforce
The good thingsYou get the name of Inquirer, highly respected among other companies because of the built reputation from its mother company.
The challengesYou need to learn by yourself because your manager would not guide you until you create a mistake and get penalized for that. Too much beauracracy going on, from each department. Very low compensation among other competitors.

    Fantastic!
The good thingsMy experience as a multimedia reporter intern in Inquirer.net afforded me with the enthusiasm and the crucial skills that a good reporter must possess in the field. It also developed my writing and communicating skills, especially when it comes to collaborating with other competent journalists.
The challengesThe main thing that I found challenging as a multimedia reporter intern in Inquirer.net is the lack of available means of transportation provided by the company in going to different places that needed media coverage. Reporters figure it out on their own.
