Overall, ING is a good company but you have to be ready for your role.The good thingsING has a good working environment and culture. Seniors are helpful and management team, depending on the team, do their best to help the team achieve their full potential. Compensation is also good as well as the allowances (although some are taxable). I also like their hybrid set-up and flexible working hours.
The challengesFrom my experience, work life balance is a bit hard now that there are a lot of restructuring happening in the organization. Some projects are being hastened which causes instability within the team at times. Having to integrate teams as well causes more confusion with the roles and responsibilities.
